"I like being fit, I like doing weights. I like looking and feeling good. It's a stress-buster, it de-stresses me completely. After a hard days' work, there is nothing like a good workout," the 25-year-old actor said here at the launch of Gold's Gym.u00a0
The actor, who will soon be seen in Gautham Menon's 'Ek Tha Deewana', believes girls motivate boys to be conscious about looks.
"Girls are the ones who inspire boys to look good. If a nice girl comes and you are looking like a dud, it won't look good. They inspire you...if a beautiful woman walks by, you would want to impress her," said Prateik.u00a0Prateik's forthcoming film "Ek Deewana Tha" features British model Amy Jackson opposite him. It will hit theatres Feb 17.
