The first round of the JK Tyre National Karting Championship concluded here amidst some fantastic racing across all categories. Rayo Racing's Raj Ganatra emerged triumphant to bag his maiden victory in the senior category
The day started with the pre-final where Ameya Bafna (Mumbai) from Rayo Racing won, but was later penalised for an on track incident.

The final started with Rayo Racing’s Gaurav Davare on pole, followed by Mithun Ganatra from Mohite Racing.
Gaurav Davare held his lead, but the surprise was behind him, as two Rayo Racing drivers — Anshuman Chatterjee and Raj managed to go past Mithun, to make it 1-2-3 for Rayo Racing. u00a0
