South Africa coach Mickey Arthur believes his team's impressive start to the World T20, where they are already in the semi-finals, is due to planning, not luck. "We have been planning for this for a year now, it has not just happened. It's been strategic to look at what's happening with domestic T20 in England knowing we we'd be here playing. We kept an eye on it all," he said.
