Clashes inside J&K assembly over beef ban and flood victims' rehabilitation

The Congress party and National Conference (NC) staged a protest in the Jammu and Kashmir assembly on monday over the issue of beef ban and rehabilitation of flood victims. The assembly was adjourned for fifteen minutes following the chaos.
