Always asanas
I practise Yoga every day. It makes me feel energetic and peaceful. I make it a point never to miss out on my pranayams and meditation. Power Yoga is a great way to tone your body. It is one of the best exercises to reduce stress and anxiety.
Martial arts
It is a new form of exercise that I have taken on. I am doing karate, judo and taekwondo. Like everything else, I am doing this very religiously, and get up early in the morning for my lessons.
Kick boxing
Exercise is fun when it has some variety. Kickboxing is a great way to lose the calories and build stamina. And the training comes in useful while doing film stunts as well. As I need to have a really lean and mean look for my upcoming film, my work outs have become more strenuous.u00a0
