Loyal spouse Natasha, 32 - mum of their lad Cassius, two - has left their 1.25 million pound London home following the revelations, The Sun reports.
Amie, now a personal trainer, had spent a weekend holed up with the WBA title holder at London's posh May Fair hotel.
