Former Australia coach John Buchanan feels that Duncan Fletcher's age (62) should not be a disadvantage as the Zimbabwean takes over as coach of the Indian cricket team
"Age is not an issue. It is more about the method of coaching. His rapport with some of the senior players will be a key factor. In the past, he has shown that he has the ability to make a team a strong unit and that will prove handy in India," says John Buchanan, who wasu00a0 Fletcher's opposite number in the 2005 Ashes series which Australia lost.
