The union home ministry yesterday said it has not received any request from the BCCI for a probe into the IPL spot fixing scandal by the Central Bureau of Investigation
“We have not received any request from BCCI. Let us receive a request. The question is hypothetical,” Home Secretary RK Singh told reporters here when asked whether the home ministry has any objection to ordering a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe.
Speaking about the investigations, Singh said: “Our operations have started, they are going on.”
