Munich survivors to revisit scene

Survivors of the 1972 attack by Palestinian militants who killed 11 Israeli athletes during the Munich Olympics are to return to the scene of their ordeal, German magazine Focus has revealed.
Survivors of the 1972 attack by Palestinian militants who killed 11 Israeli athletes during the Munich Olympics are to return to the scene of their ordeal, German magazine Focus has revealed.
Some of the Israelis who escaped the attack are to return later this month as part of a documentary on the affair, Monday's edition of Focus reports.
On September 5, 1972, members of the Black September group took Israeli athletes hostages and demanded the release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners from Israeli jails.
