“We have decided not to file any interventions in the Supreme Court,” MCA president Ajay Shirke told mid-day yesterday.
Does that indicate that the MCA is fine with the implementations of the recommendations? Shirke said: “There is no indication as such. We want to remain litigation-free, that’s all.”
Almost every state association is expected to file their interventions in the Supreme Court while the BCCI will file an affidavit taking into account the common grounds of reservations against the recommendations.
