Rose, who played 19 Tests for the West Indies, was deported after having lived in New Zealand without a visa for four years, reports CMC.
His legal representative Ramya Sathyanathan said on Tuesday a last minute request to suspend the deportation on humanitarian grounds failed. The right-arm bowler has been in a New Zealand prison for the past five weeks after being detained.

Sathyanathan says Rose suffered depression, which worsened as a result of his five week detention at Mt. Eden prison.
Rose was originally granted a work visa when he was offered a position as coach for the University of Auckland Cricket club, but has not had a valid visa since 2012.
He was told he would be deported in 2014 having worked for the Salvation Army and a number of Auckland Schools in the interim in a coaching role. The former West Indies player was deported on a flight to Jamaica.
