One of the most profitable businesses in Johannesburg is of electrical fences and security. The crime rate in this beautiful city is so high that people have to be extra cautious.
Every property here has an electric fence fitted over high walls. Then, there is a security alarm system which alerts a private armed security team to arrive at your place within minutes in case of a break in.
Frank Moyo, who has lived in this city for more than 40 years and drives a cab says: "You can live here all your life and never feel the crime, and you could be here on the first day of your visit and get attacked. It's basically how you carry yourself. If you do anything to attract the criminals attention, they will follow and attack you. You have to avoid walking around the city centre, that is very unsafe. But, if you walk without a bag and don't show you are loaded there's no problem walking around in the city."

One of the beauties of the Indian Premier League is to see players from different countries plotting against their own players.
There was an example of it on Monday at King's XI Punjab's practice session, when Kumar Sangakkara was locked in a serious team meeting with skipper Yuvraj Singh, Brett Lee and coach Tom Moody. The topic naturally was the match against Mumbai Indians today and Sanath Jayasuriya being one of the big threats, they were taking inputs from Sangakkara how to stop the Matara Marauder.
Sangakkara was aping the short-arm pull of the devastating Mumbai left-hander and from his actions it looked like he was suggesting to have an off-spinner against his Sri Lankan teammate. IPL is surely helping break the national borders.
