A massive fire broke out at the Times Tower building on September 06, located in Lower Parel West, Mumbai. After receiving the information, At least 9 fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the flames. Thick plumes of smoke billowed out from the Times Tower building during the firefighting operations. However, no injuries have been reported in the fire incident. In Assam, political unrest has followed a recent decision by the state assembly. The assembly decided to cancel a two-hour break for Namaz, which had been set aside to ease government work. This move was approved by all MLAs. Tejashwi Yadav, the former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, criticized Assam’s Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, calling him the ‘Chinese version of Yogi’—a reference to Indian Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Yadav’s comment implies a negative comparison between the two leaders.
