India`s first Made In India electric truck is ready for unveiling in Gujarat. The electric truck has been made by Trinton company in Kheda district. Trinton had set up a research and development centre in Kheda where the company had developed the truck.

Eight people lost their lives and several were injured when a fire broke out at a hotel in Secunderabad late on Monday night. Fire broke out in electric scooter recharging unit on ground floor. The injured were taken to a nearby hospital. To extinguish the flames, several fire tenders rushed to the spot. Telangana Home Minister Mohd Mahmood Ali visited the spot, "Unfortunately, 8 people died. 7 are hospitalised out of which one is critical. CM also announced an ex-gratia of Rs 3 lakh. A case has been registered," he said.
