ISRO All Set To Launch Satellite GSAT-20 By August!
During the inaugural day of the India Space Congress (ISC) 2024, ISRO Chief S Somanath revealed that the next satellite, GSAT-20, is primed for launch and anticipated to be deployed by August. Highlighting ISRO`s ambitious lunar aspirations, he underscored the necessity for enhanced payload capabilities in their rockets. "Our next satellite GSAT-20 is ready to be launched and will possibly be launched by August…. We need to have higher payload capacity in our rockets as we plan to send people to the Moon," Somanath remarked, setting the stage for ISRO`s forthcoming endeavors in space exploration and satellite technology advancement.
