A year after Mumbai`s iconic music festival returned to the stage, I-Rock 2023 was no different. While last year celebrated India`s iconic rock bands with an interesting mix, this not only showcased India`s musical journey with familiar names like Bhayanak Maut, Agam and Parikrama but also the likes of Pineapple Express, Swarathma and Tough on Tobacco celebrating Indian music

Independence Rock or I-Rock as it is more popularly known returns to the stage after nine years. As some of India`s most iconic rock bands like Parikrama, Pentagram and Zero take the stage, this edition will also see the likes of Bloodywood, The F16s, Parvaaz, Aswekeepsearching, Thaikuddam Bridge and Avial perform over two days. Interestingly, the festival traces its history to 1986 when the first ever show was held. Here are some interesting facts about the rock music festival
