Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has said the principle concern at the moment is prices of pulses, especially tur daal, and therefore, the government has decided to invoke price stabilisation fund.

Addressing a rally in Motihari district of Bihar, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Monday slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government for the rise in pulses' prices.
