Nehru Memorial Museum and Library (NMML) was officially renamed as the Prime Ministers’ Museum and Library (PMML) Society with effect from 14th August. Over the renaming of the museum, a row erupted between Congress and BJP. Congress lashed the Modi Government’s decision of changing the name of the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library. While, BJP countered Congress’ attacks over renaming the museum. Earlier, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh had denounced the renaming of the museum. He had said that the government has a single point agenda of denying, distorting, defaming and destroying the Nehruvian legacy. 

American artist Amy Balkin’s 10-year-old archival project "A People`s Archive of Sinking and Melting" is a telling reflection of what all the world is losing due to the now-obvious climate change, in a literal and cultural sense. It is a collection of items contributed by people living in places impacted by climate change.
