5 Chinese nationals among 6 killed in suicide bomb attack in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on March 26. An explosive-packed vehicle rammed into the bus carrying the Chinese nationals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Amjad Ayub Mirza, a political activist from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) lashed out at Pak Govt. POK Activist said, “The attack signifies that the Pakistani Army is losing control in the region”. Pakistan Govt issued a statement following few hours after the attack calling it a ‘heinous act’.

The 55th session of Human Rights Council was attended by External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar. He highlighted the ongoing situation in war-torn Gaza. He said that terrorism and hostage-taking are unacceptable. On top of that, Dr Jaishankar said, “I assure you of my delegation’s full support and cooperation to you, the office of the High Commissioner, and all mechanisms of the Council. India remains committed to working with Council members and observers for the promotion and protection of all human rights. India`s approach to Human Rights is rooted in our democratic principles and pluralistic approach.”
