At a recent UNSC meet, India slammed Pakistan on the global stage for promoting terrorism. India’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador R Ravindra made a scathing attack on Pakistan over terrorism. He lashed out at Pakistan saying “certain countries using terrorism as an instrument of state policy” and that “such an approach has potential to affect cooperation”.

Exercising its Right to Reply India slammed Pakistan for misusing the forum for its malicious propaganda and countered the statement delivered by Pakistan at Human Rights Council. "Pak`s representative has once again chosen to misuse august forum for its malicious propaganda against India. No religious minority can freely live or practice its religion in Pakistan today. Worse is the treatment of the Christian community. State institutions officially reserve ‘sanitation’ jobs for Christians. Pakistan is obsessed with India while its population battles for its livelihood,” said First Secretary of Permanent Mission of India to UN, Seema Pujani
