"No systemic breach.." SC says no to RE-NEET, students disappointed!

Petitioners expressed disappointment, calling the decision heartbreaking. NEET-UG is a crucial exam for medical admissions, and concerns about paper leakage and malpractices prompted the petitions. Arvind Kejriwal’s Bail: Interim bail granted to Arvind Kejriwal by Supreme Court

Interim bail has been granted to Delhi Chief Minister and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal by Supreme Court. CM Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in the Delhi excise policy case. The Apex Court referred his petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate to a larger bench. Supreme Court observed that ‘elected leader’ Arvind Kejriwal has suffered incarceration of 90 days. However, Delhi’s Chief Minister Kejriwal will remain in the CBI custody in the excise policy matter.
