Amid the ongoing in investigations in the Kolkata Rape Horror case, DCP Central Indira Mukherjee on August 30 refuted the allegations of evidence tampering. During a Press Conference, she said that the authorities had gathered a video of the cordoned-off area of the seminar hall. While addressing, she added that the officials had identified the people present there, following this, she highlighted that no one entered the restricted area who was not part of the investigation process.

India-Canada diplomatic relations are on the brink of collapse after Trudeau’s allegations against India. Hardeep Singh Nijjar was shot dead outside a Gurudwara in Canada’s Surrey in June 2023.
