Despite the BMC imposing a complete ban on Holi celebrations in the city and the civic chief warning of action against those found violating orders, many were seen celebrating the festival of colours inside their housing society premises. Many also gathered at various places, performed puja and did traditional song and dance a day before Rangpanchami. Watch this video for more.
