Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the US Congress on Wednesday (local time). He said, “Against all odds, and doom and gloom, Ukraine did not fall. Ukraine is alive and kicking. ”He also said that the investment made in Ukraine to fight the Russian invasion was not “charity” but “investment” in global security. Zelenskyy said, “Your money is not charity. It is an investment in the global security and democracy that we handle in most responsible way. ”It is to be noted that, the Biden administration on Wednesday (local time) announced that it will provide USD 1.85 billion in military aid to Ukraine, rolling out funding for a Patriot missile battery during Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy`s visit to Washington.
