 In a significant development concerning the Pune Porsche crash case, the Bombay High Court has granted the release of the juvenile accused on June 25th. Initially sent to an observational home, the teen`s aunt filed a habeas corpus plea to challenge the remand orders. Responding to this plea, the Bombay HC has ordered the minor`s release into the custody of his paternal aunt. Importantly, the court has mandated that the juvenile`s sessions with a psychologist must continue. This decision underscores ongoing legal complexities surrounding the case, balancing considerations of justice and rehabilitation for the young accused.

The Pune Porsche accident has gripped the nation`s attention for the past 11 days. In a latest update, Pune Police Crime Branch has seized a Mercedes which is believed to have been used in the abduction of the driver involved in the incident on May 28th. They`ve recorded a fresh statement from the driver involved in the incident. Wherein he confirmed and identified the car used in his abduction. Initially, he had claimed it was a BMW, but CCTV evidence contradicts his statement.  The Father and grandfather of the minor accused have been booked for kidnapping the driver after the incident. Meanwhile Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on May 27 said that the police have revealed that the blood samples of the accused had been replaced with other samples and that the Police will not stop until this case gets to its root.
