The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has taken a big lead over the Congress in the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) elections with the party leading in 29 seats so far as counting is underway.

The BJP workers in Karnataka celebrated after the party established victory in 32 seats so far. As per latest reports, it is leading in 100 more seats in the recently concluded elections of the BBMP council.
