Even now, several doctors are saying that people are dying not solely due to missing vaccine, but there are significant numbers of unvaccinated persons and even those who were ‘compromised’ by one jab.

We have the anti-vaxxers. Then, we have the anti-second dosers or second dose sceptics. Now, we have the ‘do not believe in boosters’. We must remind these people that top doctors are advocating the booster and in fact, several online seminars have had renowned chest specialists claiming that frontline workers should have gotten their booster dose earlier.

While uncertainty is the name of the game, people should be encouraged to follow credible sources of information and opinion, rather than believe everything in the cyber world.

It is important that there is completion to a task, just like one would like to complete a course of medicine for it to be most effective, one will have to ‘complete’ the vaccine process too. We do not know what tomorrow brings. Yet those eligible must take the booster for maximum protection.
