While killing is killing and no one terrorist attack is more horrific than the other, to kill innocent children is about how low it gets.

Pakistan is spiraling out of control and once again it shows that the militants show no remorse, no sympathy and there is absolute depravity. With Pakistan being attacked internally so many times, there is of course an urgent need to gets its house in order. Whenever Pakistan is accused of being a terror factory, it falls back on an old argument, that Pakistan is also suffering hugely, and they have lost people too. While one cannot dispute that, the argument is running threadbare now.

We see people being targetted repeatedly with patterns being followed. Crowds are targeted, religious or important days are marked, and overall the aim is to capture maximum eyeballs. Sadly, as we get ‘used’ to terrorism in a way, terrorists are upping what we call the shock value, killing in increasingly heinous ways to capture attention. The Lahore blast was aimed at Christians but it also was an indicator that nothing is too depraved now, and there can be any kind of attack on any people, and at any place.

The apologists need to learn silence is golden and those that refuse to believe this is a war for our existence are only deluding themselves. Brutal, base and bloody terrorism makes no distinction between its victims.
