My case against Air France has been pending in the consumer court since 1999. Justice hasn't been delivered even after a decade. The court has just been sitting on the matter and the next hearing is scheduled for March.u00a0
Air France did make an offer to settle the case outside court. But I rejected it and now, regret my decision. I should have gone for the settlement instead of depending on the judicial system in our country.
