The Bombay High Court has granted an interim anticipatory bail to the Vice President of Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) Manish Anand who was at large for about four months.
He is allegedly involved in the murderous assault on Vehicle Entry Tax (VET) contractor Vivek Yadav.

The HC had earlier granted bail to four other accused who too had gone absconding.
Anand has been on the run since February 13, when Yadav and his two employees were assaulted in front of the KCB office where they had gone to buy the tender forms to participate in the bidding for toll contracts.
