Making a reference to last year’s incident of the IT department asking Right to Information (RTI) activist Arvind Kejriwal to pay dues of about Rs. nine lakh for allegedly violating the provisions of the bond under which he went on a study leave for two years, Thackeray said, "Kejriwal had a case going against him, he had to cough up the fine.”

Thackeray also trained his guns on former IPS and Team Anna member Kiran Bedi accusing her of swindling unds.

“Kiran Bedi also claimed business class tickets and flew economy class. She swindles the rest of the money,” he said.
