Cornflakes, muesli, a selection of fruit and steamedu00a0 veggies like broccoli, served with tomatoes and lettuce, comprise the "active" section of the menu.

"The idea is to provide food, which gives you enough energy for the day, tastes good and has minimum oil and saturated fats. Most of the food we have here is low on the glycemic index. Having food with low GI helps people control weight, manage diabetes and keep cholesterol levels under check," says Naren Thimmaiah.
