According to the details released by the Gujarat Secondary Education Board, in 2015 the Gujarat Board SSC Result last year was announced on June 4. Nearly 10.46 Lakh students appeared for the exams, of which only 5.69 lakh passed – translating into a dismal overall pass percentage of 54.42%. The pass percentage for GSEB SSC Result of 2015 marked a significant dip of 43% compared to the 2014 results and 10.70% compared to the outcome in 2013. As expected, girls performed better than the boys achieving 61.53%  pass percentage as compared 50.17% among boys. In terms of district-wise performance data, Junagadh registered the best pass percentage of 74%, whereas tribal district of Chhota Udepur registered bleak 20% pass percentage.
