Maharashtra has received the highest foreign direct investment (FDI) for the second year in a row. The topper in the financial year 2023-24 has got FDI of Rs 1,25,101 crore, higher than the 2022-23’s Rs 1,18,422 crore investment coming in from abroad.
DCM Devendra Fadnavis, whose tenure as the CM was marked by higher FDIs, took potshots at the previous Maha Vikas Aghadi regime. He took to social media on Friday to announce the data released by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
