A New Delhi court allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to interrogate former Telecom Minister Andimuthu Raja
A New Delhi court allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to interrogate former Telecom Minister Andimuthu Raja, secretary Siddhartha Behura and Gautam Doshi, a telecom company's official, who are in judicial custody, in the 2G scam case, again.
"The CBI is allowed to interrogate the three accused on Monday," the court said. The CBI's plea was vehemently opposed by Doshi's counsel, but the court rejected the plea saying the accused have no right to question the CBI on this issue
