Dilip Vengsarkar and Vishal Dadlani actually walked into polling booths without mandatory identity proof and expected to vote
Former India cricket captain Dilip Vengsarkar and musician Vishal Dadlani believed their faces were good enough to exercise their right to vote.
Both went to their respective polling booths without a mandatory identity proof and were turned away by officials.
Very busy
"I did not vote for the first time in my life. Usually, I have never carried an identity card to polling stations, but was always allowed to vote.
