Larry David has my gratitude. He helped lift the dreariness of the first lockdown last year when he literally had me laughing out loud after I binge-watched Curb Your Enthusiasm, the show he’s created. It’s a semi-autobiographical series where David comes across as this screenwriting genius who’s oblivious to acceptable societal manners, though his heart is in the right place. The show’s 11th season started recently  and the good news is that it hasn’t lost its laugh-out-loud quality. David continues to call a spade a spade, but his intentions remain noble, which is what makes him such a lovable rascal.
