Then, he returned to Mumbai during the lockdown and got in touch with Gogi Singh, Kohli’s father. “When my dad told me, ‘Oh, you know, chef Ajit is back in town,’ I was like, ‘Oh my God, that’s awesome.

We should definitely do something with him,’” Kohli tells us. And thus was born Gingko, a brand new pan-Asian cloud kitchen that operates out of the large kitchen at Midtown Pritam. The menu includes dishes like tom kha prawn soup, Thai basil prawns, chicken jungle curry and Beijing mushrooms.
