Washington: From CEOs and lawyers to doctors, the author of The wisdom Of Psychopaths: What Saints, Spies And Serial killers Can Teach Us About Success — has revealed the professions most likely to produce psychopaths.

Topping writer Kevin Dutton’s list is the position of CEOs, considering the fact that psychopaths are defined as people who have shallow emotions, lack empathy and guilt, are coldhearted, superficial and manipulative. It is followed by lawyers, members of television and radio media, salesperson and surgeons, and then by journalists.
A police officer, clergy person, chef and civil servant are also on the list as their jobs require talent for making clinical, emotionally-removed decisions.
