Aditi, who was last seen acting in the fiction show 'Ye Meri Life Hai' in 2005, will be seen as Ganga in 'Suryaputra Karn'. 'This is my first mythological show and I'm very excited. Initially I used to think that mythological shows are not my cup of tea, but I love taking challenges. The role is very interesting,' Aditi said in a statement.

'In many ways, the role of Ganga is very much similar to how I am in real life. Also, my association with the channel goes back a long way,' she added. Aditi’s look in the show is completely different from the ones she has donned before. Being a period drama, it’s a challenge for her to get into the character.
