Arnold Schwarzenegger 'not holding hope for reconciliation with wife'

Arnold Schwarzenegger is said to be have resigned to the fact that, despite the best of his efforts, his marriage to Maria Shriver is coming to an end.
According to Tmz, Shriver was having second thoughts about divorcing her husband, partly because he still has a strong emotional hold on her and because divorce runs counter to her religion. However, as time passes the two have created separate lives and divorce is looking more certain.

Schwarzenegger reportedly believes that his estranged wife’s friends have done everything they can to poison the waters, imploring her to stay clear of him.
Sources say the former couple are already “very close” in working out a financial settlement and are determined to make the break up as painless as possible for their kids.
