The 26-year-old British singer got married earlier on Saturday in a ceremony in Crenham, England, where the couple reportedly told guests that they are expecting a baby! "Lily is pregnant and she is marrying the man of her dreams. She is truly over the moon and so ecstatically happy she has shed tears of joy," a source told the said. Lily suffered her second miscarriage late last year and has been vocal about wanting a child. Congratulations to the happy couple!
