Arshad Warsi miffed at a luxury auto company for failing to deliver his new car on time
Arshad Warsi has been without a car and a driver for days now. After his luxury car went for repair some time back, as reported in ‘On the hot seat’ (August 5, HitList), the actor was spotted hailing auto rickshaws to work. In the meanwhile, Arshad had placed an order for a spanking new car of the same brand, but it is yet to reach him, angering him to no end.
Says a source, “Arshad took to his microblogging site to express his anger. He had booked his new car almost a month and half back. He is still waiting for its delivery. His other car that had gone for repair was promised to be returned in a week but that too took a month.”
The actor tweeted, “It’s amazing Audi is going out of their way to make sure I never buy another Audi again.” (sic) Arshad’s spokesperson says, “He will wait till tomorrow for the delivery. If that doesn’t happen, we will see.”
