Spandan, one of the leading media fests organised annually by Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) was flagged off on Monday with MiD DAY as the media partner. An international film festival and competitive events such as debate, creative writing and story boarding was held on the first day. There were entries from leading colleages.
