The bling quotient that was missing on the last two days made an appearance at Manav Gangwani's show titled, A Tempestuous Affaire.

Singer and actor Shruti Hassan was so-not right to carry off the showstopper garment; a bustier studded with diamonds and emeralds over a velvet balloon lahenga that bunched up at her ankles, forcing her to walk in baby steps.

The show was a definite pleaser for the obscenely loaded.

An elaborately constructed runway and an Origami-inspired set with the skeleton of giant gold photo frames making for a centre piece, stood testimony to designs crafted in luxurious fabrics, laden with Swarovski and precious stones.

We liked the seductive drenched-in-jewel cholis, and Swarovski-sprinkled collars over sherwanis. We bet real estate scion Ashish Raheja is getting one of those.
