Salim was speaking at the launch of his close friend and flutist Paras Nath's album - "The Eternal Winds". "Paras is our close friend and he plays in our band. When we hear his flute in ours ongs - 'Yeh hausla kaise jhuke' and 'O re piya', we get so happy," said Salim who came with his brother Sulaiman.

Conceived and composed by Paras Nath, "The Eternal Winds" is a compilation of fusion music - a mix of both, Indian and Western. u00a0Praising Paras, Salim said: "Paras is an amazing musician. He understands our classical tradition really well... he is keeping our music alive."
