Ekta Kapoor has launched several actors on television. Now her one-and-a-half-year-old doggy has made it to her show, Betaab Dil Ki Tamanna.

Puggy or SRK (the initials of her mother Shobha Ravi Kapoor's name) is the apple of Ekta's eye. The pooch appears as actress Urvashi Dholakia's pet in the soap. The show required a pedigree dog and Puggy fitted the bill just perfect.



Ekta's pet pooch is also getting star treatment on the sets.

Says a source, "He has his own vanity van and has special attendants to feed and care for him. Also since he's moody, they don't make him work too much."

Spreading cheer
The source adds, "Puggy is the life of everyone on the sets. He really cheers the cast and puts them in a good mood."

Ekta says, "Puggy is my rockstar. We decided to cast him when they wanted a pedigreed puppy with Urvashi's character. He's the only one who has a vanity van to himself on the sets!"

NB: He also has a vanity van!
