Subhash Ghai is one of the biggest examples of how B-Town people celebrate success but run away from failure. While Ghai celebrated his birthday (January 23) with glitter and pomp last year and stars from Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to Katrina Kaif came for it, this year Ghai's birthday was a small affair attended by close friends and family.



The only starry presence was Poonam and Shatrughan Sinha. Ghai said at the party, "I thank everyone who has come to wish me from your heart and it's obviously not for any professional gain - from my heart!"

Subhash Ghai released Madhushree's new album Kuch Pal over the weekend. The Kabhi Neem Neem singer then followed it up with a live concert. Present on the occasion were Ravindra Jain, Sachin Tyagi, Samir Sen, Raza Murad.
