“I prefer going to antiSocial. The place organises scores of events hosted by people from the community. In my experience, the queer couples are not judged (for being themselves). In a lot of cafés, one may get the ‘side-eye’ for even holding hands, which makes us conscious. But, antiSocial lets you enjoy your time without having to face any judgement from the staff or the other patrons…”

“My go-to place is Saqi. I recommend this for many reasons—the affordability, the inclusive environment and the friendly and welcoming nature with which they greet their customers, regardless of their gender and sexual orientation is something that draws me to the place… They make their customers feel satisfied. Sexuality or gender don’t matter there… The proximity of this place also makes it convenient for me to go there frequently. I also prefer Blue Tokai and Doolally in Khar, too. These places are queer-friendly, making it our constant hangout spot in the city.”
