Meet a person with a skill you can use

Sharma is a flow and fire artist, who, after years of training, now practises flow and its various components such as poi, hoop, staff, torches and fans. She teaches poi and hoop, both with and without fire, and conducts online workshops on Zoom once every three months with a maximum of 10 students. She says that research has shown that poi in the elderly is beneficial for physical mobility and is recommended by doctors in various countries.

Sharma is a self-taught flow artist and her strategy behind teaching first-timers is simple: relate it to everyday life so that they can find flow in everything they do—sleeping, eating, walking and working.
